Ingredients:
Method: In a medium-sized bowl, mix black pepper, paprika, cayenne, salt, mayo and aji paste until combined. Fold in the cheeses with a rubber spatula to thoroughly combine.
Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours before serving to allow the flavours to meld. Season to desired taste.
Use within one week.
