Aylin Öney Tan
Aylin Öney Tan, one of Turkey's leading food writers, pens the weekly column "Fork & Cork" for Hürriyet Daily News. She is the author of A Taste of Sun & Fire: Gaziantep Cookery (Yapi Kredi Yayinlari), and winner of the Sophie Coe Prize for writing on food history in 2008. She has contributed to several international reference books, most recently The Oxford Companion to Cheese (Oxford University Press).
