Bethany Kehdy is a chef, presenter, restaurant consultant and author specialising in the cuisines of the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and North Africa. She launched her food blog, Dirty Kitchen Secrets, in 2008, and published her cookbook, The Jewelled Kitchen: A Stunning Collection of Lebanese, Morrocan and Persian Recipes (Watkins), in 2013. It was highlighted in the The New York Times as one of the notable cookbooks of the year. She is also the founder of Taste Lebanon, a boutique culinary tour company.
