Daniel Gray writes the popular blog Seoul Eats, and regularly appears on KBS World's Korean Food Story. Daniel and his blog have been featured in the The New York Times, Serious Eats, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie, TBS eFM radio, The Institute for Korean Traditional Foods, Explore Parts Unknown, and the Visit Seoul tourism website. Gray is a hospitality and events expert in Korea, and has organised conferences, events, food festivals, and food crawls. He was one of the first people to popularise culinary tourism and cooking classes in Korea and helped build and advise other companies in the field.
