Australian food/travel writer Lara Dunston lived in Thailand and Vietnam before making Cambodia home in 2013. Lara has co-authored scores of guidebooks with writer/photographer husband Terence Carter and contributed stories to hundreds of publications including Gourmet Traveller, Delicious, The Guardian, and National Geographic Traveller. She is currently writing a Cambodia cookbook and culinary histories of Cambodia and Thailand.
