“We specialize in barbecued meat. Our pork tenderloin, seasoned with a variety of peppers, is superb, and our side dishes add the final touch to each item on the menu. We also offer a veggie barbecue to cater to our vegetarian diners. We love to deliver the food exactly as our customer wants it. We are also passionate about making a difference in the lives of underprivileged people, by donating to charities, collecting school supplies, and more.”

In 1951, Aristóbulo Garrido opened a small steakhouse that, almost immediately, attracted attention for two reasons: the high-quality meat and the way it was served on shared platters in a step-by-step tasting menu of different cuts. In 2001, his grandson, Juan, opened a larger premises. It is rustic, country-style and has a huge open grill. The grilled meat arrives at the tables in a simple twelve-step sequence. The finishing and cooking points are simply precision-perfect. The succulent beef comes from grass-raised animals given a classic corn-feed ending, native to the north of the province. The circle is completed with a great wine list, the essential companion for this fabulous journey through the world of meat.
