Our daily menu is the core of our business. It serves a soup, starter, and main with the seasonal and interesting produce of small farmers. What we say

Blue Jar is located a few metres from the Chilean Government Palace, La Moneda, in an urban and modern environment. The restaurant’s dishes are elegantly adapted to this environment, with a lunch menu that tempts – thanks to the work of Chef Nicolás Baudrand. Dishes change every day so that diners may sample a curry one day and a fish dish with delicious sauces and vegetables the next. There is always colour and harmony in their recipes, although the excellence of the products is paramount. Undoubtedly, this is a safe place in terms of gourmet proposals – and it has an extra attribute: they serve the best coffee in the area.
