What we say

There is no hustle and bustle around the Forsthaus Strelitz and thus it’s the perfect location for Wenzel Pankratz’ standards. When the family slaughters a pig they know it, they cherish it, and they use all its parts for the kitchen. If they need things which they don’t produce themselves they have local suppliers, fishermen, or hunters. Because more and more people appreciate this kind of gastronomy it’s recommendable to book the table in advance.
