Tonight’s show consists of fifteen servings from a creative and ambitious kitchen with a clear vision: to serve you a piece of the local fauna through their vegetable and seafood-based menu. The restaurant is well known for local ingredients from farms like Voll and Opeggen, and their juice-pairing with pure flavours of sorrel and sea buckthorn. The menu practically lists how much time you will spend choosing the three-course, five-course, or full set menu. Either way, Røst delivers a show worth standing ovation.
