We grow many of our own vegetables and flowers, and the rest come from certified organic farms from the Sacred Valley. A large percentage of our menu is locally produced. We work with local communities and NGOs producing potatoes, trout, wild mushrooms, farmed alpacas, guinea pigs, and honey among others.”
