“Instead of a traditional three-course meal, we serve plates within three price brackets where diners are encouraged to order multiple dishes, allowing them to savour diverse flavours. Our menu structure is truly unique to the region – it’s a real foodie restaurant. We’re passionate about creating something unique in the region. Every dish on our menu has its own identity, meaning that you can come back time and time again and have a completely different dining experience.”
Crispy hen’s egg with morels and sherry caramel; roe deer tartare with charcoal and Worcestershire sauce; and lamb saddle with whipped pine nuts and salsa.
Chef patrons Nick and Scott, along with co-founder Viktorija, who reigns over front-of-house, have injected a dose of fun to Dubai’s fine dining scene, throwing out traditional multi-course tasting experiences. Instead, the playful menu boasts twenty-four “pick and mix” dishes, seven of which are vegetarian, in addition to a highly welcomed vegan menu. The team puts just as much time and love into the vegetarian dishes to ensure the flavours are equally as interesting and exciting.
“One of the most creative restaurants to arrive on the Dubai dining scene over the past year, Folly is all about classic and often minimal ingredients, prepared in new and exciting ways ... Just go already.”
