What we say

Tiny Bisbee, Arizona, might not be on your radar, but Cafe Roka certainly should be. This former copper-mining town is home to some truly excellent food, and Chef Rod Kass and his restaurant have been at the center of it all for almost a quarter century.

Pulling from the “burgeoning sustainable farming/gardening area near Bisbee“, Kass creates a seasonal menu that’s equal parts fine dining and small town charm. He also puts an emphasis on Arizona wines, noting that “seventy-five percent of Arizona wines use grapes grown about forty miles from Bisbee“. If you’re in Southern Arizona, Bisbee and Cafe Roka are definitely worth a visit.
