Our menu speaks volumes: it features an old-timey map of Kansas with pinpoints of our local suppliers and what they supply – twenty-six and counting. On that menu, you’ll see we’ve reimagined familiar dishes through our lens of seasonal, local, flexible and fun. We believe it all adds up to our community, and our community is why we do what we do.”
