Elderslie Farm

What they say

“We are dedicated to this place in Kansas, nestled in one of the many turns of Chisolm Creek. We have a diverse team from the kitchen squad to the goat milking crew, to the gardener, blackberry farmer, and all of those in between, including Chef Katharine’s children who seem to pop up everywhere. As a small family-run business we delight in bringing life and joy to this place and sharing what we hope is an authentic experience with all our guests. We believe that true sustainability begins with affection; affection for this land, for what it brings to us, and for one another.”

Signature Dishes

Summer beets with Elderslie chèvre, four types of beets (bull’s blood, Chiogga candy stripe, white, yellow) in a lemon shallot vinaigrette, with toasted pistachio and pea shoots; herbed focaccia with young goat cheese, lemon zest, and green olive oil; goat agnolotti with beurre blanc and asparagus tips.
