The Table offers Columbus food inspired by global flavors with a menu that evolves with the seasons and availability of products, so that every part of the animal and product in season gets its moment in the sun. Chef/owner Sangeeta Lakhani considers herself part of the local food rebellion, noting that the suppliers who share her passion and conscious approach to craft are heroes. That passion is clear in the kitchen, where Indian-spiced scrambled eggs share space with star anise braised short ribs and vegan desserts.
