Chef and Restaurateur Hansa Dabhi of Hansa Restaurant (Leeds, UK) has decided to say farewell by ‘hanging up her apron’ after nearly thirty-three years of service.

Hansa says their final farewell on 13 April and would like to say a big thank you to all of their loyal customers, family, friends, and their hard-working staff who have all supported them over the years.

Their legacy will continue with the development of Hansa’s Vegetarian Cookery School.

Hansa feels that a fitting way to end would be to help collect donations for St. Gemma's Hospice, the Lord Mayor's charity appeal. Hansa will double the amount collected by the final date. If you would like to donate and support the fantastic work done by hospice, please click here.
