“Our motto is ‘quality without compromise’, which means masterful tastes, traditional Hungarian flavours, artistic presentation, attention to details, mindful service, pleasant atmosphere, and an informal fine dining experience. We always strive to use local products and the menu changes regularly, according to seasonal ingredients. During the past ten years, we have built great relationships with farmers, growing herbs and vegetables to our needs. We also have meat and fish suppliers, who deliver the freshest ingredients from the country. Luckily there are some small production farms in Hungary, raising animals in a very natural way, so we can work with non-industrial products.”
