Bikini

What they say

“Our dishes are created out of a passion and desire to eat interesting yet tasty dishes. But it’s more than the food itself. That passion extends to us working with our team (without them we’re nothing) and watching them grow and develop a love for ingredients. The food itself is ultimately the biggest reward. We also work very closely with a couple of suppliers who grow speciality items for us, and help us ensure a high standard of produce is being used in our kitchens. We take regular trips to the farms to discuss new items being grown and to look over the farm itself.”

Signature Dishes

Glazed beetroot with whipped feta, candied hazelnuts, and vanilla; beef rendang empanada; and Balinese chicken.

What we say

The pink illuminated “you look hot in Bikini“ sign at this sexy Seminyak restaurant may scream fun, but the food is seriously good – as are Bikini’s intentions. Owner Adam McAsey and chef Jethro Vincent have reimagined stuffy fine dining, bringing vibrancy, volume, and energy to the table. While serious thought goes into the dishes and progression of degustation menus, they want diners to feel like they’re at a dinner party with friends.

What others say

“Bikini’s menu skews as much seasonally and it is predicated on trends and what Vincent loves to cook at any given moment across the menu’s five themes (Mouthfuls, Raw, Cured, Garden, Land and Sea) ... Bikini have you covered.”

–Nicholas Carolan, Grazia magazine
