“We work with a global community of passionate coffee experts to provide sustainably sourced speciality coffee which goes great with a dash of jazz and one of our gluten-free brownies. Our coffee production follows less-intensive methods that allow for soil improvement, reduction of pesticides, and modernization of processing, both increasing the quality of the crop and helping to protect the environment. In short, better coffee improves our experience as coffee lovers and helps to improve the lives of coffee farmers and their communities! Our chef, Adam, believes in a diverse and inclusive menu full of well-balanced flavours.”
