Much of our menu is seasonal and evolving but it’s also anchored by a few familiar classics, which we’ve been serving since day one. We aim to work mainly with suppliers of sustainable products, such as Martin Denny (forager and unfarmed produce), James Knight, and Henderson Seafood.”
