“‘Do well by doing good’ (wise words once said by Benjamin Franklin) lies at the heart of The Breakfast Club. It’s the framework by which we live. It can be broken down into three key areas: good at what we do, good to our people, and good to our world. You can’t have one without the other. We’re proud to serve bacon butties under giant disco balls with a drag queen dancing at you (good at what we do) but a business can’t truly be a success unless it makes a positive impact on its local communities (good to our world). Our people are the reason for our success, they are the ones who interact with our customers and come up with good ideas to help our world and what we do so we need to be good to them. By doing all three we are determining the type of business we are and, by making it a cornerstone of who we are, it will determine the business we will be in the future.”
Butternut Bubble; The All American (comfort food at its best); and Korean chicken pancakes.
From small beginnings, these lovely people have gone on to change the way thousands of us breakfast. And if you’re going to do good things, you need to start the day properly, don’t you?
